Carbon Fiber Precursor Winder

Raw filament preparation is the core part of carbon fiber preparation, and its quality and cost largely determine the quality and production cost of carbon fiber. This product is acrylonitrile, the raw material of polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber. Polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber has the advantages of low density, high strength, good electrical conductivity, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and its flexibility allows it to be woven and processed and wound and formed.

This machinery is for the winding of carbon fiber precursor bobbins. The electronic control and mechanical structure are designed to meet the winding requirements. A precise electronic winding ratio winds tight and burr-free precursor bobbins. 

Carbon Fiber Winder

The carbon fiber automatic winding and winding machine can effectively wind the carbon fiber smoothly on the empty roll for winding. Adopting a brand-new hook-pull cutting method, the carbon fiber between the empty roll and the full roll is tightened while the empty roll is being wound, so that the wire cutting mechanism can automatically cut the wire. A brand-new auxiliary thread-feeding mechanism is adopted, and the manipulator can be used in the later stage to complete the automatic operation, improve efficiency, and reduce the number of workers by 50%; it is convenient to make the paper tube tightly fit with the air shaft when collecting the thread, and loosen it. When cooperating, it is easy to unwind and take out the core, and cooperate with the automatic thread feeding function to meet the production requirements of high-quality carbon fiber.

Unwinder and Rewinder

The carbon fiber winder developed by JG Robotics realizes the winding of carbon fiber filament ranging from 1k, 3k to 48k, and 50k.
The carbon fiber winder realizes automatic length counting, roll changing, filament cutting, winded roll pushing out, label printing, and so forth.
The carbon fiber winder is integrated with ports for automatic roll unloading, robot signal connection, and communication. It is capable of the expansion of function with automation.
The carbon fiber winder realizes speed following, and emergency stop, the winding speed of each head adapts with the whole system. No winding failure occurs in the emergency stop.The winding process resumes after the emergency stop is lifted.
The winder adopts the ergonomic design, and the operation position and roller height are fine-tuned for manual filament leading.
Each winder is well-sealed with positive inside pressure, which avoids carbon fiber filament going inside, a stable winding process can be guaranteed.

FiberGlass and Carbon Fiber Filament Winder
